Quality Policy

Since 2011 the da Vinci European BioBank has implemented (and regularly maintained) in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001 Standard, a Quality Management System to meet the needs of the sector requiring the achievement and maintenance of defined quality standards, achievable through the development of a culture of quality, aimed at improvements in terms of efficiency and reduction of costs deriving from non-quality.

The policy pursued is described in our "Quality Manual" (italian version).
